Over three consecutive years, VLP created and organised the international wheelchair tennis tournament within the Rio Open, one of the most important events on the ATP circuit.

 

The initiative brought wheelchair tennis into the heart of the tournament, sharing the stage with top professional players such as João Fonseca and Juan Martín del Potro.

The project marked a turning point in the visibility of wheelchair tennis, proving that adaptive sport can stand on the same stage as professional competition.
